Violin and piano duo, Kelly and Darryl Roenicke will perform at the South Haven Scott Club to kick off the 5th Scott Club Concert Series with a program entitled Musical Treasures: Hidden Gems from American Composers. Spend an enjoyable hour with Kelly and Darryl Roenicke for a performance of beautiful violin and piano pieces by American composers. This concert will feature works by Amy Beach, Florence Price, Cecil Burleigh, and George Gershwin, among others, and will be followed by a reception to meet the artists.
Kelly Roenicke, Violin: Kelly is an active performer and teacher in the Metro Detroit area. She has appeared as part of the Classical Duo at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. She has also performed with artists such as Richard Marx, Anne Murray, Mannheim Steamroller, Il Divo, Celtic Thunder, and Amy Grant, as well as playing with orchestras all over Michigan.
Darryl Roenicke, Piano: Darryl has three years of experience performing all styles of music on cruise lines around the world. He is an active performer and can be heard at a variety of venues in the Metro Detroit Area, including the Franklin Hills Country Club, Andiamo’s, and Cliff Bell’s.
